About UsIn 2008, Don and Sandy moved with their three youngest daughters to Rosarito, Mexico as Foursquare missionaries. They founded Hope Chapel Rosarito, an English church, as well as a Spanish-speaking congregation in a colonia called Vista Marina. A few years later, their daughters left home, one by one, to start their own life adventures. In early 2020, Don and Sandy were able to launch the first of its kind, an English-speaking Bible institute in Mexico. Later that year, they moved to Fort Worth, Texas to deal with some health issues. They continue to minister in Mexico as Foursquare emissaries, running the Bible school remotely, yet still traveling many times each year to different Mexico cities as doors open and needs are made known. Don's hobbies include guitars and photography.
Don was born in the United States and raised in Latin America, the son of church-planting missionaries. Following his high school graduation in Panama, Central America, and a year-long tour playing bass with a gospel band in Nashville, Tennessee, Don became a youth pastor in Southern California. His life since has been spent serving in a variety of ministry assignments. Sandy was raised with a heart for missions right from the start. Early losses and sorrows only strengthened her desire to one day take the love of God to the foreign field. Her work among the thousands of downtrodden who call northwestern Baja home earned her the nickname "mama," and she continues to seek out and train up U.S. church teams who want to be exposed to missions. In her downtime, Sandy enjoys being with her grandkids—and watching a bit of reality TV. |

Vista Marina ChurchIn 2008, we started having services in a colonia a ways south of Rosarito. Sixteen years later, the church has become a living outreach center for the whole community. Right now, we're working with them to put up a church building... and you can help!

Our Two-Way Street: MissionsAs emissaries, our job is twofold: Yes, we minister on a foreign field, but we also work with Stateside church leadership to expose congregations to missions. We want to help open Mexico—the way God sees it—to your church!
